Reach the One
ABOUT US
Reach the One
who we are
We have a deep passion to reach people with the hope of Christ. We believe that the power of Christ can transform every life.
You are invited to visit with us this weekend for practical teaching, great music, an exciting kids program, and empowering church experience.
what to expect
Come as you are
and experience what God has for you in a
comfortable and inviting environment.
Our music is dynamic and expressive. You also might see some people raising their hands as a biblical expression of worshiping God. Followed by worship, we dive into the Word of God and provide practical ways to live empowered and victorious lives.
A Fun, safe environment for kids ages PreK – 10 years, where they will learn about God in an age-appropriate context. Special play area for kids 3yrs and under. All of our volunteers who work with kids have been screened, trained and have had background checks done as per our church's "Plan to Protect."
what we believe
We boldly share the gospel in order to lead others to a radical life-changing experience and believe that every individual has a God-given purpose and destiny. Sacrificial living, perseverance, humility, resiliency, and an undivided heart to the ways of God are some identifying values that are important to us.
lead pastor
Joe Friedland
Joe became a Christian at the largest English evangelical church in Montreal, Quebec in 1990. He served there for nearly 26 years with over 15 of those years on staff, full time in various roles as an assistant and associate pastor. He and his wife Janet along with their daughter transitioned in September 2016 to plant a church that meets in in the second largest mall in Canada, in Brossard, a city of 85,000 people, just 15 minutes south of Montreal. Like many cities in Quebec, Brossard has a very small number of Protestant Evangelical churches, with less than 1% of the population identifying with a personal relationship with Jesus as expressed in a local church. Quebec has been called the greatest mission field in the Western world. As a family, the Friedlands are privileged to be unlikely people in an overlooked place, doing extraordinary things to ” reach the one”.
bookkeeper
Patrice Beaudoin
Patrice has been serving in church bookkeeping and accounting in the province of Quebec for decades. His behind the scenes ministry and attention to details is a true blessing.
